The amplifier delivers robust power output and supports both 4- and 8-ohm floorstanding speakers easily. Additionally, it is equipped with a dedicated headphone amplifier circuit featuring a high-speed, ultra-low distortion wideband amp paired with a fully discrete final output stage. To accommodate a wide range of headphones, the PMA-150H has an adjustable headphone impedance control, with three settings for low, medium and high impedance models. The headphone jack offers a 6.3mm connector for compatibility with premium home and professional studio headphones.
