Just connect your AV receiver to your TV and follow the instructions on the TV screen to connect your speakers, perform speaker measurements, and connect source devices. For additional convenience, the AV receiver renames HDMI inputs automatically when connected or you can rename manually at your convenience.

Denon AV receivers use the Audyssey suite of EQ software for simple, accurate setup and calibration. With the supplied Audyssey measuring microphone, Audyssey measures all the speakers in your home theatre, and tunes the AV receiver to provide the smoothest, most optimal overall listening experience for your room. This AV receiver supports Audyssey MultEQ XT room correction technology. The other supported Audyssey features are Dyanmic EQ and Dynamic Volume.

You can go even further with the Audyssey MultEQ Editor app, going “under the hood” to view and adjust settings for detailed tuning—allowing you to customize the sound more precisely to the specific problems in your room, and tailor the sound to your personal preferences. This iOS or Android control app allows you to turn the receiver on and off, select an input source, adjust volume level, and browse music from your phone or in a USB drive when connected to the receiver.
